As a Home Care Consultant, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with referral sources, driving sales goals, and promoting our services to those who need them most.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Establish strong connections with hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities to increase market share and drive inquiry generation objectives.
  • Drive Sales Goals: Achieve consultative sales processes to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Plan and Execute: Collaborate with company leadership to develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our home care solutions.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately track sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking, expanding our customer reach and increasing revenue streams.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Client Connections: Facilitate introductions between clients and care professionals as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of our home care services.
  • Community Involvement: Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, raise awareness about our services, and foster partnerships within the community.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record in business or sales, with consultative sales experience being a plus.
  • Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
