Salary: $1,250/week base salary, with potential for 20–50% additional production pay after 60 days of training.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Budget Specialist to join our Construction Sales Division. This role focuses on reviewing and refining budget sheets with Construction Estimators, ensuring accuracy, speed, and efficiency in the budgeting process. You’ll also train Estimators to improve their budgeting skills, enabling faster and more precise budget creation.Your primary responsibility will be to produce complete, accurate budgets for approval by the VP of Sales, which will then be presented to clients. While this is not a sales role, you’ll be part of the Sales Division and must thrive in a high-pressure environment focused on timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Construction Estimators to review and refine budget sheets.
• Train Estimators on budget processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver finalized, error-free budgets to the VP of Sales for approval.
• Work under tight deadlines with a strong focus on detail and precision.
• Proficient in Excel - A MUST

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with occasional night/weekend work.
