- Coordinating maintenance downtime with the precision of a master strategist
- Safeguarding the sacred CMMS PM system data and reporting
- Unleashing your analytical prowess to craft ingenious maintenance plans
- Ensuring each piece of equipment receives its rightful maintenance TLC
- Continuously optimizing equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Labeling new equipment like a herald announcing a new era
- Providing sage feedback using Key Performance Indicators
- Planning maintenance tasks with the safety of a guardian and the skill of a master craftsman
- Keeping the maintenance shift schedule sailing smoothly
- Building bridges with engineering, local management, and other corporate champions
- Offering your wisdom to create a safer and more efficient realm
- A minimum of 4-6 years of CMMS experience in the high-octane world of food manufacturing, coupled with 3-5 years of maintenance experience
- Mastery of computer sorcery and inventory management, with a flair for CMMS system software
- A sprinkle of creativity to breathe life into problem-solving
- Familiarity with the secrets of the parts room and a bonus for previous planning and scheduling escapades
