Roofing Sales Consultant

Home Medic Roofing is now hiring! We are the roofing division of Hail Medic, the industry leading name in P.D.R. We are looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who want to become team leads. Get paid what you're worth, with lucrative profit sharing and bonuses! Team leads will manage their teams and earn additional profit sharing on top of their own commission. Team leads can expect to earn 225k-300k. Xactimate experience is a plus but not required. We value our sales associates and we do not cap your earning potential.

Summary

As a Sales Representative at Home medic, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through exceptional customer interactions and effective sales strategies. This role is vital to our mission of providing top-tier service and quality repairs to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
• Utilize inside sales techniques to convert leads into sales effectively.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the roofing industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with retail sales principles is a plus but not required.
