We're looking for an Interim Director of Health and Wellness/Director of Nursing for an assisted living and memory care facility near Akron, OH.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a DON in SNF/LTC, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or CCRCs.
- An active LPN or RN License
- Availability to start ASAP

Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
- Supervise the implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and medical terminology standards.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in assisted living and nursing home settings.
- Ensure proper documentation in EHR systems and maintain accurate patient records.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
