As the Interim Executive Director/LNHA, you will oversee the operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, your leadership will be vital in managing staff, implementing care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Your core skills in management and operations will be complemented by your premium experience in assisted living and nursing home environments. With a focus on post-acute care, you will enhance resident satisfaction and uphold their rights while fostering a supportive community for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, particularly for those with Alzheimer's and other memory-related conditions.
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are upheld while managing post-acute care services.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
This position will require immediate availability, an active Kentucky state Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing, and a minimum of 2 current years of experience in skilled nursing. WEEKLY PAY as a 1099! Travel Packages Available!
