Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Coordinates the implementation of Early Childhood Development services.
- Drives program growth by forming collaborative relationships with Regional Center offices, and outside agencies that have an impact on children with disabilities and their families.
- Processes new referrals by communicating with Regional Center staff and sending necessary information and collateral to staff.
- Assists with training employees on program-specific policies, procedures, and curriculum.
- Completes Quality Assurance evaluations consisting of staff observations and identification of training needs.
- Reviews reports and provides feedback.
- Assists with processing employee timesheets.
- Generates reports and analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and issues. Propose
- solutions and recommendations to program management.
- Carries a caseload and provides direct client/family services as needed.
- Coordinate Parent Play groups by arranging staffing and planning and leading activities.
- Participates in local meetings and outreach and to educate the community about services and potential job opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and a valid California Teaching Permit or Credential
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
- Must receive criminal record clearance from DOJ.
- Must have valid California Driver’s license, safe driving record, and have been licensed to drive at least 2 years.
- Must maintain current and adequate auto insurance.
- Must obtain CPR/FA certification if not already certified (we offer training for new hires).
- Read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Salary : $25 - $30
