Responsibilities:
- Create training materials and presentations and assist with training on new and existing products and sales strategies.
- Assist field staff by preparing research, reports, and comparisons of competitors’ products.
- Provide training and assistance to field and other home office staff on product rollout, systems changes, sales training schools, and other agency functions.
- Assist in the administration and review of Modern Woodmen’s products including updating of forms, marketing materials, and rates in various systems.
- Act as a systems liaison with vendors, Information Technology, and Financial Services concerning product administration and assist in implementation of systems and changes.
- Perform research on industry trends and competitor products.
- Assist in the implementation of industry changes that impact Modern Woodmen products.
- Work with other home office departments on the development, implementation, and administration of new products.
- Create, update, and review a variety of product reports to provide results to Home Office management, field management, and financial representatives.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our financial representatives and assist them in analyzing and understanding various product reports.
- Create and update documentation and standard operating procedures for regular department tasks.
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of educational or work experience in Financial Services industry preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Power BI preferred, but not required.
- Adept at creating and delivering training presentations.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $28.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
