Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to help representatives develop the necessary skills to succeed.
- Responsible for holding new representatives accountable for their daily and weekly activities, including adherence to scripts, calls, sales processes, and client meetings.
- Establish and track individual growth benchmarks for representatives, providing weekly performance reports to the Regional Director and senior leadership. Highlight areas of concern and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor representative activity levels to ensure that progress aligns with regional goals and KPI’s.
- Promote increased engagement from representatives with Modern Woodmen University and other training resources, as appropriate.
- Address representative challenges early and provide resources to help overcome them.
- Support the region’s onboarding process for new representatives, ensuring that each is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. Work closely with Managing Partners to streamline representatives’ integration into the region.
- Work with leadership team to ensure that the region’s coaching and training strategies align with broader business goals. Provide critical insights to help development of the representatives.
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in leadership and coaching.
- Willing to obtain life and health insurance license, FINRA exams: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 26.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including providing constructive feedback in a supportive, motivating manner.
- Experience in managing relationships and coaching individuals with various levels of experience, performance, and learning styles.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.)
- Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
- Pay: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time office focused, salaried position. Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days.
