Job Overview
The position of Accounts Payable/Cash Management at Home Oil Company is responsible for the timely entry and payment of the bills that are incurred by Home Oil Company. All bills should be paid by the date the vendor and Home Oil Company agree upon for payment terms. This position is also responsible for the store deposit confirmation daily and the entry of all payables that clear the bank account. This position will assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts monthly.

- Pay vendors in a timely manner
- Confirm accuracy of daily deposits
- Entry of all payables that clear the bank account
Responsibilities and Duties: The essential duties required to carry out this job are:

- Enter and pay all invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Enter all items drafted from the operating account and money order account.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monthly vendor statements.
