Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., makers of Yellawood brand Pressure Treated Pine, has a career opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities Include :
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation
- Enter and upload invoice into system
- Prepare and process electronic and check payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all invoices are accounted for
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquires Required Skills :
