What are the responsibilities and job description for the Platform Experience Architect position at Home Organizers?
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned UX Designer with 10 years of experience working on large-scale software systems with at least tens of thousands of users. They should have a proven track record in systems thinking and UX architecture, designing platforms with 5-10 different user types.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing UX strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences. They will also need to develop user diagrams, personas, and detailed user flows for various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and other external contractors/teams.
