Responsibilities:- Design and develop UX strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Develop user diagrams, personas, and detailed user flows for various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and other external contractors/teams.
- Define feature sets and functionalities for multiple user types across different platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user experiences and outlined user journeys with specific detailed feature requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and iteration to refine and enhance user experiences.
- 10 years of professional experience in UX design, working on large-scale software systems with at least tens of thousands of users.
- Proven experience in systems thinking and UX architecture, designing platforms with 5-10 different user types.
- Strong ability to map out user flows, permissions, and interactions across multiple platforms.
- Experience working on 3D-based interactive applications is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to execute design solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in Figma, LucidChart, or similar user experience design tools.
- Light UI design experience—capable of defining layout structures and functionalities without being responsible for final high-fidelity designs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- A passion for what they do and excitement to contribute to applications that affect end-users and their lives.
- Ability to put yourself in other people's shoes and strategize as if you were them.
