Qualifications & Attributes
- High school diploma or GED.
- Post high school education is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in a medical office a plus.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to type and file accurately.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good computer and electronic record skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Reliable Broadband internet for computer connection (wifi)
- Certification as CNA/MA or any equivalent for medical field is a plus.

- Responding to Microsoft Teams, emails, as well as voicemails left for you daily and all should be addressed and cleared before clocking out for your shift.
- File and maintain medical records in a secure and organized manner according to an established filing system.
- Upload Medical records into our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Retrieve patient records from electronic health records systems in a timely manner and efficient manner.
- Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocol.
