Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support the on road sales rep and owner with invoicing, appointment's and information about about potential clients
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to management by organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing office correspondence.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic office management practices is advantageous.
