We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and archiving documents.
- Accounts receivable/Payable responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word.
