Position Description :

Home Run Inn Pizza is Looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated person to join the Maintenance Team at our Food Production Facility!

The 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician will have mechanical and electrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatic and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair to minimize downtime. Providing a safe and timely electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment.

Shifts : Sunday 5 : 00am-1 : 30pm. Monday- Thursday 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am.

Location : Manufacturing Facility in Woodridge, IL

Responsibilities :

A n operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls, and power transmission systems
Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearing
Familiar with pumps, both air and electric
Able to install and trouble shoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits
Some knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.
Utilize electrical / mechanical skills to maintain machinery.
Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results.
Set-up production equipment necessary for the specific days activity. Assist with shutdowns as well.
Disassemble equipment, rebuild, and replace defective parts and components as needed and reassemble to make final equipment adjustments.

Requirements

Electrical and mechanical aptitude required in addition to at least 5 years of related maintenance experience.

2-3 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and stoop.

Ability to use various maintenance tools and personal computer.

Ability to work all shifts as needed and be on-call for emergencies.

Ability to work in a production environment. This job has exposure to ambient / refrigerator / freezer

Ability to read & draw schematics.

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience is preferred

High level of electrical understanding (high & low voltage).

Must be able to work 2nd shift, and 1st shift on Sundays.
