Job Description:
Home Service Freedom is looking for a Freedom Event Ticket Sales Representative to help drive ticket sales for our dynamic and impactful event. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers and selling tickets to the Freedom Event 2025 that is focused on empowering business owners and professionals in the home services industry. You will be the face of our events, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all attendees from the initial contact to the event day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Actively promote and sell tickets for Freedom Event 2025 through various communication channels such as phone calls, text messages and emails.
- Generate leads by reaching out to business owners in home services.
- Identify and target potential customers who would benefit from attending our event, providing them with details and enticing them to purchase tickets.
- Customer Support & Engagement:
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting clients with event inquiries, ticketing questions, and registration processes.
- Provide clear information about event schedules, pricing, speakers, and benefits of attending.
- Follow up with leads and customers to close sales, nurture relationships, and ensure future engagement with Home Service Freedom.
- Event Promotion & Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance promotional strategies and maximize ticket sales.
- Sales Reporting & Metrics Tracking:
- Track and report ticket sales progress, meeting set targets, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers in CRM systems, ensuring all information is updated and organized.
- Use sales data to assess which promotional strategies work best and provide insights to improve future sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, event ticketing, customer service, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or sales tools is a bonus.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and persuasively to potential customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week with potential for nights and weekends
