Are you an organized, reliable, and efficient professional with prior dispatching experience? If so, we want to meet you! We are a leading 24/7 Emergency Plumbing company looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team.
As a key player in our operations, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery, coordinating our technicians, providing excellent customer service, and helping us maintain a smooth, efficient workflow. What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dispatching experience is required.
- Plumbing background and experience with Service Titan software are a plus, though we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Exceptional communication skills—you'll be the main point of contact for both technicians and customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, service requests, and concerns professionally.
- Prioritize and manage incoming service requests, ensuring all tasks are handled timely and accurately.
- Use logistics and scheduling skills to optimize routes and technician schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the dispatching system to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering calls promptly and efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
