We are seeking a full-time Bank Teller who shares these values to join our team in Litchfield, Minnesota. Since this position is integral to the bank's success, we seek an individual who enjoys interacting with others, has a professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills. This position is a full-time, hourly benefited position that offers a regular Monday through Friday schedule. Pay will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome customers to the bank.
- Completes customer account transactions, which include verifying incoming cash, accurately dispensing cash, accepting deposits and payments, and cashing checks.
- Services new and existing deposit account relationships.
- Resolves customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of cash-handling experience
- Over two years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take the initiative and be proactive
- Ability to be a team player and work independently.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
