POSITION SUMMARY:
Home Team is seeking an Operations Coordinator, a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality vacation rental properties. Supporting the Operations Manager, this role will oversee the upkeep of 100 properties, conducting on-site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest readiness. You will play a key role in identifying and addressing maintenance or housekeeping issues, supporting preventative maintenance initiatives, and ensuring operational procedures are followed to maintain Home Team’s high standards.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you provide real-time feedback and solutions to enhance the guest experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, monitor, and audit maintenance work orders for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Recruit and maintain a strong network of housekeeping and maintenance vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and improve performance when needed.
- Visit properties in person to inspect quality and/or troubleshoot as needed
- Review vendor billing for accuracy and approve and code invoices for accounting.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs and offer improvements where necessary.
- Keep detailed records of work performed.
- Ensure all cleaning vendors perform up to Home Team standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Background:
- 1 years of experience in operations management or property management.
- 1 years of managing a wide vendor network.
- Proven excellence with customer/stakeholder service.
- Experience working in Google Workspace or similar software.
- Experience with work order, ticket, or task management software.
Skills and traits:
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to focus on varied projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful and able to work independently with initiative and good judgment.
- Able to identify problems, research alternatives, provide solutions and/or resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- You are a self-starter who can independently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.
- Willingness to accommodate a reasonable commute to homes in local market
- Ability to stand, flex, crouch, and lift up to 25lbs on occasion
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $22
