Home Theory is a successful and growing nationwide investment real estate company seeking to grow its sales team, offering the industries most competitive compensation. You will be part of a team that acquires properties nationwide with options for uncapped income potential and leadership opportunities while working from home, poolside, beach or in office. PAY
● Commission: $100k - $175k per year (Based on performance)
- 10% Commission on net sales.

SCHEDULE:
● Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm CST)
● Work Location: Home, Poolside, Beach or in office. You decide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Speaking to potential sellers from company generated leads
- Build rapport and identify seller real estate problems to solve
- Negotiate Property Pricing and make offers to acquire properties
- Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have real estate experience
- Must have a Persuasive Personality
- Exceptional phone and in person Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- High School Diploma or equivalent; (Some College Preferred)
- Manage a pipeline of prospects ; respond in a timely manner
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially ; Self motivated!
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed ; Organized and switch tasks with ease!
- Computer literate.
Salary : $100,000 - $175,000
