Using your exceptional communication and organizational skills, you will schedule appointments and ensure seamless coordination with our dedicated veterinarians – all from the comfort of your own home.

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide compassionate guidance and address client concerns regarding the euthanasia process.
- Gather and document critical medical information about the pet.
- Schedule in-home appointments efficiently and effectively for multiple veterinarians.
- Support client relations by fostering trust and clear communication with pet families and veterinary staff.
- Collaborate regularly with the Operations Manager, veterinarians, and other team members, keeping them informed of client issues, requests, and appointment details.
- Go above and beyond to provide compassionate care for clients, their pets, and the veterinarians you support.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in Kansas City, KS.
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience and 5 years of front-line animal care experience in a veterinary office.
- Compassion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
- Communication Skills: Strong, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology and adapting to new tools or systems.
