Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager in Naples, FL
Seeking a mature, experienced, and reliable Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager for an active family with an energetic 2-year-old son. Ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and nurturing, with prior experience working with toddlers. Looking for someone who can provide structure, encouragement, and creativity in the kid’s daily routine while maintaining a professional and dependable demeanor.
- Compensation: $25–$27/hour
- Start Date: January 1
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed).
- Benefits: two weeks paid vacation, 6 sick/personal days, paid major holidays (list provided by the family).
- Driving Required: A car will be provided for work-related duties.
- Pets: One dog, a Beagle-Lab mix.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care, including engaging in age-appropriate, developmental activities.
- Taking the child on outings to the park, swimming, zoo, children’s museum, and other activities.
- Support milestones and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
- Perform light household tasks, such as emptying the dishwasher and running errands.
- Help prep family meals (e.g., washing fruits and vegetables).
- Maintain a tidy and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Maturity and professionalism are key, with a preference for candidates who have significant experience and demonstrate reliability and independence.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage household tasks efficiently.
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting The child’s growth and development.
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Provide 3-5 professional references.
- Must have US work authorization.
