Full Time Nanny/Household Manager

Three Flamingos Agency is working with an amazingly sweet family to find them their forever Nanny/House Manager!

Days: Monday-Friday

Time: 10-6 or 9-6; they are flexible with the start time

Pay: $30-35/hr, but flexible for the right candidate, depending on experience (this is a W-2 position)

Children(s) ages: Girl (4 years), Boy (2 years)

Description:

The sweetest family is working with Three Flamingos Agency to find them a long-term Nanny/House Manager for their family!

Mom and Dad are busy professionals and are parents to a sweet 4 year old girl and active 2 year old boy. They are seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant who could work Monday-Friday, with the availability to travel from time to time with the family. They are flexible with hours, however they are able to guarantee at least 40-50 and would prefer that the candidate is able to stay until 6 PM, M-F. The ideal schedule for them would be M-F, 10-6.

Their children are in school daily until 3 pm. During the hours without the children present, candidate would be responsible for House Management duties such as light cleaning, laundry, errands, meal prep, organizing, and helping Mom with daily tasks as things come up. The family is in the process of building a new home, so other tasks may include helping let contractors into home, getting ready for a move, etc.
At 3 PM, children would need to be picked up from school and brought home or to afternoon activities. Their children love being active and love playing with other kids (and their nannies) within the neighborhood! They have many neighbors who are always ready for playdates. The family is very focused on finding a Nanny/House Manager who has experience working with children of toddler-preschool age and being able to run a household efficiently and with little guidance. They value longevity and would love to employee this candidate for years to come. Both Mom and Dad value their own childhood nannies and are focused on making sure that the Nanny for their own family is treated well and feels valued from the beginning. Candidate will be given ample PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Extra hours are available if desired. Some weeks will require overnights as well, as parents do travel for work periodically.

Duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:

- all aspects pertaining to childcare

- laundry/ dropping off dry cleaning

-meal prep and cleaning up of any messes made throughout the day- running errands-helping schedule appointments-transporting children from school and to activities

-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the common areas of the home

- ensuring the absolute absolute safety and well being of the children

- working collaboratively with family to ensure that children’s care goals are being met

Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 4 years of childcare experience

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
