Full-Time Nanny in Brookline, MA:
Seeking a dedicated and reliable nanny for a growing family with a 2 year old and expecting a baby in April. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and dependable, with a strong work ethic. The nanny will work alongside a current part-time nanny and assist with a combination of childcare and household management duties. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Compensation::
- Pay: $28-35 per hour
- Payment: Option for payroll or cash payment

Schedule::
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible: Guaranteed 40 hours per week with the option to increase hours depending on the week’s needs
- Summer Schedule: The family spends time on the Cape (Falmouth, New Seabury, Chatham), and nannies should be flexible to adjust schedules
- Occasional Overnight Care: Depending on the schedule and needs, overnight care may be required
Responsibilities::
- Providing attentive and engaging childcare for a toddler and newborn
- Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, laundry, dishes)
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Coordinating schedules and activities
- Assisting with household management tasks if seeking full-time hours
- Occasional overnight care as needed
Driving children (family provides a car)
Requirements::
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, Covid, etc.)
- Previous nanny experience, especially with young children, preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with light housekeeping duties
- Ability to work well with another nanny
- Experience in meal prep and grocery shopping
- Comfortable with overnight care when needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
