What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance Technician position at Home2 by Hilton Tulsa Airport?
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively repair equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
-Outdoor pool maintenance and upkeep.
-Keep property and parking lot clean and safe.
-Work closely with Executive Housekeeper to coordinate work orders
-Follow and implement preventative maintenance program.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership skills to supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
