What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at Home2 Suites By Hilton Edinburg?
The qualified candidate will be responsible for handling all repairs and work orders on a daily basis. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems such as HVAC and plumbing and other equipment, conducting ongoing maintenance programs, inspecting property to identify potential and current needs, and completing maintenance logs.
Job Requirements:
- Previous hotel and/or apartment complex maintenance experience preferred
- Comfortable with independent working environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
