We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using logic controllers and ohmmeters.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various types of equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including the use of ohmmeters for troubleshooting.
- Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary for repairs.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising maintenance staff or projects.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to diagnosing issues.
