What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Home2 Suites By Hilton Laredo Airport?
Our front desk agents provide our guests with outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay including the check in and checkout process. As representatives of our company, we look for candidates that will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service assist them with the check in and checkout process.
- Keep accurate account of reservations
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
- Answer phones, making reservations, and respond to all guest questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages as well as capturing sales.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members in the hotel to ensure a safe, positive stay for the guest
- Monitor, organize and follow up on emails.
- Remain calm under pressure
- Exhibit problem solving skills in difficult situations
- Maintain records and keep the system updated as well as adjusting to changes in the daily operation as needed
- Safeguard guest information
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
