The Home2 Suites by Hilton Youngstown is hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our Team!
Shift: 7-3pm & 3-11pm, as needed.
All applicants must be able to:
Go above and beyond for guests
Work well as a team, as well as alone
Multi-task effectively
Handle guest issues
Have a positive attitude every day
Have a reliable form of transportation to and from work
Daily duties include:
Basic credit card and cash handling
Answering and handling phone calls
Making reservations
Checking guests in and out
Communicating effectively with all departments in the hotel
Following a checklist of daily procedures
Provide directions and assist with recommendations around the area
