We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage dispensers.
- Ensure that all food items are replenished and presented attractively throughout the breakfast service.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Must possess good knife skills for food preparation tasks as needed.
