Job Summary
The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our resort. This position involves overseeing all front desk operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Duties
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
- Conduct night audit procedures as needed
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with training new front desk personnel
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills
