We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest has a pleasant experience during their stay. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Must be available: 11:00PM to 7:00AM on Sundays and Mondays!

Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hotel experience is preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Will use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
- Completing required shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end of shift procedures
- Creating guest reservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.
- Responsible for Minor cleaning tasks and restocking coffee station.
