Job Summary
As our Hotel Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly—handling repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the hotel looks and operates its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules and brand standards
- Respond quickly to guest service and emergency calls
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Document completed work and report major issues to management
- Assist with exterior maintenance, lighting, and landscaping as needed
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial environments preferred
- Working knowledge of basic trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform tasks indoors/outdoors
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must be available for weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts
