Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Hotel Management: Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone manners and ability to handle high call volumes
- Guest Services: Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Front Desk: Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment
- Night Audit: Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred
- Hospitality: Understanding of the hospitality industry and its best practices
- Hospitality Management: Knowledge of managing hotel operations and staff
- Phone Systems: Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Guest Relations: Ability to build positive relationships with guests
