Our ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused—with a passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests first thing in the morning. With shifts starting at 5:30 AM, you’ll be a key part of setting the tone for the day by keeping our breakfast area clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Perfect for early birds who enjoy a structured start and having the rest of the day ahead!

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including fruit, pastries, cereals, coffee, and juices
• Set up and maintain buffet stations with food, beverages, and serving utensils
• Bus, clean, and reset tables throughout the breakfast period
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide local information or assistance
• Monitor food safety standards and cleanliness throughout service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Supportive Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory and supply ordering for breakfast items
• Return reusable foods to storage and clean all machines and equipment
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security protocols
• Support the Complimentary Breakfast Cook as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
• Must meet any state/local food handling or safety certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
