Got a knack for mixing drinks and good vibes? We’re shaking things up at Home2 Suites & Tru by Hilton Pensacola Airport Medical Center—and we want you behind the bar! We’re looking for a Bartender who knows how to pour the perfect cocktail, serve up smiles, and keep the energy high. You’ll mix and serve drinks, handle payments, and keep the bar area clean, organized, and full of good energy.

But that’s not all—you’re a team player, so when things get quiet behind the bar, you’ll jump in to support our amazing Front Desk Guest Services Agents with check-ins, guest questions, or anything else to keep things running smoothly. Essential Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and take drink/food orders promptly
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages using standard recipes and portion control
• Set up and stock bar with all necessary supplies (alcohol, garnishes, condiments, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area throughout shift
• Input orders into POS system, create guest checks, and handle payment transactions
• Ensure guest identification is checked and liquor laws are followed
• Monitor and address guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Secure all bar items and complete closing procedures including cash drop

Supportive Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings and participate in trainings
• Assist in general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
• Support security in managing disorderly or inebriated guests as needed
• Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of drink preparation and alcohol service
• Ability to operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Excellent guest service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, garnishes, and bar tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bartending experience required; hospitality or customer service experience a plus
• Must meet state/local requirements for food handling and alcohol service
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
