Job Summary
The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for guests by preparing and serving breakfast in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties
- Set up the breakfast area with all necessary items such as food, drinkware, and utensils
- Prepare and serve breakfast items including hot and cold foods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
Requirements
- Experience in food service, banquet, catering, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively
- Familiarity with coffee preparation methods
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for guest inquiries
- Experience with Aloha POS system is advantageous
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
