We're seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of Homebase's H1 local and brand campaigns. This high-impact role will drive brand awareness, engagement, and product adoption across the US, but with a focus on key markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and collaborative leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results through brand and local marketing initiatives - and have an authentic appreciation for local businesses.
This hybrid role is a six-month contract assignment with potential for extension.
You will make an impact by : Oversee development and execution of H1 brand campaigns, including Top Local Workplace Awards program and local market brand campaignsLead the annual Top Local Workplace Awards launch, from winner communications, to in-product experiences, to physical kit distributionDevelop and execute full-funnel local marketing campaigns in key markets, including community eventsCreate comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and deliverablesServe as primary point of contact across Product Marketing, PR, Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales teams for key brand campaigns and momentsLeverage customer insights to inform campaign strategy and executionMonitor real-time campaign performance and optimize tactics to meet or exceed goalsYou're a bar raiser, this means you come with :
5 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated campaign managementProven track record leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong project management skills and ability to manage complex initiativesExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with marketing analytics tools and performance measurementWhat We Offer :
