Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 10-1p (Flexible)

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
- Medication Reminders
Notes: Client has Dementia/Age Related Memory Loss - Forgetful/Repeats things often. Able to bathe independently, just needs to be prompted to shower
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
