We are currently in need of a Verified Final Mile Delivery Operations Manager to oversee one of our mattress and bedding delivery operations in the Pensacola, FL area. This leader will oversee our network of independent home delivery contract carriers, provide excellent service to our client, and make sure that each and every delivery customer has an outstanding delivery experience. Required skills include computer-based dispatch and routing system knowledge, general business software knowledge, verifiable customer service excellence, above-average verbal and email communication skills, adherence to established processes, and process development ability.
- Minimum 2 years home delivery or logistics management experience
- Experience leading a network of 3 or more Independent Contract Delivery Carriers is a big plus.
- DOT and Federal regulations knowledge
- Experience resolving In-home damages and merchandise claims
- Achievement focused work ethic, performance driven
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to effectivly influence and motivate delivery workers
