You will be the heart of the action, expertly crafting mouthwatering dishes that will keep our guests coming back. With the sizzle of the grill and the vibrant colors of fresh ingredients, you will create delicious dishes alongside our passionate team that will keep the fiesta alive.
We are currently looking for hardworking, knowledgeable and efficient line cooks to add to our growing back of house restaurant team. This role is responsible for the following :
- Cooking to temperature and spec all food on the line stations, while helping assist other kitchen line and prep stations as needed
- Restocking and cleaning station for proper execution
- Cleaning station, labeling prepped food and open food items, storing at proper temperatures per DHEC standards
- Plating food to quality spec and delivering it to the expo window in a fast and efficient manner, working in conjunction with other station line cooks.
- Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
Salary : $18 - $21
