Responsibilities
- Manage or support the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding to enhance employee retention
- Address HR inquiries, assist in conflict resolution, and conduct exit interviews to promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support benefits and payroll administration
- Assist in developing employee training programs and monitor performance management processes
- Partner with leadership, conduct site visits, and provide hands-on HR support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in human resources
- Experience in manufacturing or blue-collar environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HR systems are essential
