Job Overview
We're looking for a detailed-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our security operations, ensuring smooth communication with customers and vendors, maintaining accurate data, and assisting with both entry-level and mid-to-high-level administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Process digital documentation including contracts, forms and customer authorizations
- Answer incoming calls for sales and service; properly enter and communicate requests as needed
- Set up and maintain customer account data across multiply platforms
- Follow-up on account changes, data updates, and customer requests
- Review daily reports and ensure timely action on system notifications and service needs
- Assist with vendor and provider platform maintenance including Alarm.com, central station, and provider portals
- Provide overflow call support for billing inquires (message-taking only)
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet tools for tracking and auditing
- Basic typing ability and solid computer skills are required
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable handling phone communication and follow-up tasks
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
- Familiarity with platforms such as DocuSign and customer management software is a plus
