Who you are
As our Listing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing and managing our real estate agents through the listing and sales process. Your expertise will also be crucial in analyzing and overseeing the properties on our balance sheet.
What You’ll do Here
- Managing HomeLight's portfolio of loan and property transactions.
- Work with our agent partners to ensure compliance with our listing standards and risk management. Communicate with agents on the timeline, listing processes, pricing changes, and managing offers.
- Analyze market and internal platform data to manage balance sheet risk and identify potential solutions.
- Evaluating ways to enhance current processes by assessing both internal and external product and process solutions.
- When receiving offers, work with our lender and agent partner regarding cross-selling and cross-qualification.
- Manage accepted offer timelines, payments, and invoices, and follow up on contingencies.
- Interact with clients, keeping them informed and educated throughout the process.
What You Bring
- 4 plus years of experience in real estate and/or 25 to 50 closed transactions.
- Real Estate listing experience.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to drive optimal results.
