HomeRiver Group is looking for a professional Leasing Agent to join the team in the Clermont, Florida market. This professional will assist with showings, conversion of prospects to applicants, and placement of qualified residents.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEASING AGENT
As our Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for scheduling and showing available single family residential homes, following up with prospects to provide necessary documentation to complete the application, and advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials. The goal is to stay knowledgeable of the property market status and to determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers. In this position you will want to stay knowledgeable of the property market status and to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEASING AGENT
- 2 year experience in property management
- 1 years' experience as a Leasing Agent
- Up to date with property market status
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Current / Valid Florida Real Estate License

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Leasing Agent position typically works Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM with an hour lunch . Occasional weekends are required when there is an open house.
