Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic sales team for our Illinois portfolio.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments
· Marketing homes on different platforms
· Order and event coordination for community open houses
· Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team
· Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
· Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed.
· Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
· Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
· Performs any additional duties assigned
Qualifications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Marketing/Sales experience preferred
· Manufactured housing/apartments experience preferred
· Strong computer skills and typing ability
· Excellent organizational and clerical experience
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 per year
