What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Greeter- Part Time position at Homes by Towne?
Homes by Towne, a well-established Sarasota based builder is seeking a customer service oriented person to fill a part time Greeter position at our Palmera at Wellen Park Community in Venice, FL. The Greeter is responsible for assisting the Sales Associates in covering all model homes and providing information to perspective buyers about our products.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Open and Close the models for viewing.
- Straighten and tidy up as needed.
- Meet and greet all visitors to the models.
- Provide literature regarding the models.
- Assist Sales Associate with general administrative duties.
- Prepare brochures and make them available to visitors.
- Assist in Parade of Homes and Open House events.
Requirements:
- Must have the availability to work both weekends and weekdays.
- Extreme attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills are a necessity to be successful in this role.
- Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Extensive customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Some prior experience in a real estate sales environment is beneficial.
- Presentation skills are a must.
