The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing payroll, human resources functions, and front desk operations while maintaining a professional environment. The is a dual position covering Office Administration and Service Coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and schedule management.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
- Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Organize office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles and service coordination.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
